Father’s Day – Come and Gone

Well, Father’s Day has come and gone around here. Cason and Dustin were so excited that they couldn’t wait to give Brian his gift and just had to present it to him Saturday evening. Brian, being the great Dad that he is, showed just as much excitement over the slingshot that the boys got him as they did and they promptly went outside to shoot it.

Brian is a wonderful Dad, wrestling with all three boys and being the center of their world when he gets home in the evenings, even after a tiring day at work. He will even wait for his supper until after giving the three boys their bath. WOW.

They all went fishing yesterday afternoon along with Grandaddy on his new dock. They even all caught fish (except Grandaddy….) which caused much excitement. I took Evan out there to see them fishing and he walked from bucket to bucket so excited, but not willing to touch those big fish….

All in all, the men in my life had a great day yesterday….
